EAEU citizens can stay in Kazakhstan for no more than 90 days from the date of crossing the border. To extend their stay in our country, they can apply for a temporary residence permit.
When issuing this document, a foreigner must justify the purpose of his stay in Kazakhstan. These may be the following reasons:

• work, treatment, study;
• family reunion;
• starting a business;
• missionary activity.

Basically, visitors designate work as the purpose of their stay, therefore, it is necessary to get a job for registration of a PRT.
The RVP grants the right to stay in Kazakhstan for the duration of the employee's employment contract, but not more than one year.
It is processed in the migration police departments at the location of the company where the foreigner was employed. In this case, the employer or a person authorized by a power of attorney on behalf of the employer must appear at the migration police department.
Usually, it takes two to three working days to receive an ETA, but now, due to the large flow in migration services, this procedure can take up to a week.
A PRT can also be issued to close family members of an employee as an escort. To do this, you must provide a marriage certificate (for a spouse) and a birth certificate or passport (for a child).
At the same time, the RVP does not give the right to register as an individual entrepreneur and own real estate in Kazakhstan.

1. The original passport and a copy (national or foreign).
2. Notification of arrival.
3. An employment contract (not a GPH).
4. A petition from the company.

Also, the employee's data is entered into the employment contract – IIN and residential address. In rare cases, they may also request a lease agreement, but usually they do not do this.

The forms of a legal entity existing in the jurisdiction of the IFC differ from the forms available in the legislation of Kazakhstan. Legal entities in the AIFC are of the following types:

• Private Company (Private Company)
• Public company (Public Company)
• Investment Company
• A company with limited disclosure (Restricted Company)
• Special Purpose Company
• Limited Partnership
• General Partnership
• Limited Liability Partnership
• Private Foundation
• Non-profit Organization (Non-Profit Incorporated Organization)

Most of the companies in the MFC are registered in the form of a Private Company.

It is possible to relocate a company registered under the legislation of Kazakhstan, for example in the form of a limited liability partnership (LLP), but this procedure differs from the procedure of regular registration and is more time-consuming.

After submitting all the documents, the application review period at the IFC will take about 2 weeks. The total registration period is from 3 to 4 weeks.

Focusing on the map where the territory of the MFC is indicated, you can use your apartment or other residential or non-residential premises belonging to your friends as a legal address for your company.
To register an address, you will need a notarized consent of the owner of the premises to register the address.
If you do not have premises on the territory of the AIFC, we provide services for renting an address on the territory of the AIFC.
